Following on from Monday’s post, here’s some more information (with photos!) on how to make your own Holiday wreath using seasonal aromatherapy plants. Making your own Holiday wreath is easy and inexpensive. Add some natural aromatherapy to your home this season! I used juniper, cypress and pine cones as the base of my Holiday wreath but you can also weave in other branches of other types of evergreen trees (and seeds/berries), depending upon where you live and which evergreen tree material you have access to.

This was a fun and simple aromatherapy project to do, using the actual plants which are the source of several essential oils (juniper, cypress and pine). Getting to know the plants from which essential oils are extracted from only increases your aromatherapy knowledge! In 2012, I will be starting to add some weekend posts, in addition to my weekly aromatherapy post on Mondays, to give you some ideas on simple aromatherapy projects that you can do at home, as well as other news updates, short aromatherapy explanations/insights and aromatherapy promotions! Enjoy!
