Next Steps

Note that we only work with botanical extracts in our natural fragrances and events. We do not work with any type of synthetic oils, aromas, or synthetically produced compounds. If it's not natural, we don't work with it.

Complete our contact form or email Sharon directly at sharon{at}sedonaaromatics.com with details of your event. Please contact us as early as possible (a minimum of three months before the event is preferred), as it takes time to plan and coordinate products. We also ask that you include:

Once we have received your request, we will contact you for more details and/or set up an initial call (via Zoom) to discuss your event. Once both parties are clear in the objectives of the event and if it can be accommodated, you will be requested to sign our contract of service before paying the initial deposit to secure your event. Terms of service will be outlined in the contract.
