This class is designed for aromatherapists, gardeners, herbalists and anyone with an interest in combining aromatherapy, herbal, and garden knowledge for holistic solutions.
Herbal Tea from Aromatic Herbs
Herbalists have historically used herbal teas as part of their tool kit. As an aromatherapist, you too can add aromatic herbal teas to your tool kit! In fact, you can combine herbal teas with traditional aromatherapy solutions for a more powerful outcome. And many aromatic herbs are easy to grow in your own garden, whether you have a small patio or a one-acre homestead.
Class Content
In this class we:
- Discover what is and what isn’t an herbal tea
- Learn which parts of a plant are used to make herbal tea
- Study ten common (aromatic) herbs which you can grow in your garden to make herbal tea
- Learn how to make the perfect cuppa herbal tea
- Learn how you can use herbal tea and for which problems
- Study five original aromatic herbal recipes.
Herbal Teas from the Garden
We specifically look at aromatic herbs (with the odd herbal one) that you can grow and use at home or in your business. As an aromatherapist, you will be familiar with most of the aromatic herbs that we’ll cover in this eclass but we’ll be looking at them in a different way.

I have included original aromatic herbal tea recipes which I go through with you and give you further ideas on how you can utilize similar recipes with aromatherapy blends.
