If you are of the Gen-X era (or wish you were), you are going to love our latest fragrance release! Three mini fragrance roll-ons inspired by three classic 80s movies.

Our Black and Blue perfume roll-on is inspired by the 1986 movie Betty Blue. As one of three botanical fragrances, Black and Blue is the moody love of the group!

The movie Betty Blue is about how a passionate, hedonistic love can turn dark and destructive as the protagonist, Betty, falls into a deep unstable mental state. A French, romantic drama, Betty Blue enjoyed a cult 80s status among those who saw life outside of the box.

These elements are represented in our Black and Blue perfume roll-on by mandarin, violet leaf, vetiver, jasmine and (with a nod to the French element) petitgrain sur fleurs.

Black and Blue takes you through the sweet hotness of a mandarin top note, followed by a jasmine and petitgrain sur fleurs chaser, then downward into vetiver and violet leaf, rounded out by sandalwood. Moody, mercurial love.

If you love the contrasting florals that were reminiscent of the 80s, you’ll love Black and Blue.

Black and Blue is a great perfume roll-on for reflection, losing yourself in your thoughts, or reliving teenage angst. It’s an unpredictable floral scent that resonates with Gen X.

Black and Blue Botanical Fragrance contains no artificial ingredients. The base is oil vs. alcohol.
