What’s the difference between store-bought herbal teabags and herbal teabags from the garden? Quite a lot actually! Herbs grown organically in the garden and individually hand-harvested retain the freshness, goodness, and energy of plants which have been individually cared for. They are harvested at optimum time, dried, and packaged straightaway.
Remaining stock: Yarrow and beebalm.
Yarrow Herbal Teabags from the Garden
Yarrow (Achillea millefolium) is similar in use to juniper.
Yarrow tea is:
- slightly bitter in taste
- with warming with earthy notes.
I like to combine yarrow with juniper as a tea.
Beebalm Tea from the Garden
Beebalm (Monarda spp.) is also know as bergamot and has historically been used in the southwestern United States for centuries. The tea is herby with a hint of mint and citrus notes. Its historic uses include:
- calms digestive system
- soothing to the soul
- soothes skin
- supports the immune system.
